Reading – Developing Inference (Primary)
This session will run again soon. Please let us know if you would like to attend by selecting the 'Express Interest' button below.
As one of the key skills in reading, teaching pupils to develop inference is key. Understanding inference is seen as a higher order thinking skill and therefore one that many of our children struggle to comprehend. Teaching inference throughout the primary curriculum, and across all age ranges, will enable pupils to confidently tackle the demands of the KS2 reading curriculum.
