Who is this course for?
For Primary and Secondary practitioners who wish to develop facilitation skills in order to enhance leadership skills; the quality of their teaching; and lead effective staff meetings/Continuous Professional Development sessions.
Through a fun, interactive session, delegates will develop a greater understanding of what effective facilitation looks like and the benefits of it, whilst exploring a range of proven facilitation techniques, skills and strategies that will instil confidence, motivate, and empower colleagues and children to succeed. Many of the facilitation techniques explored in this session are immediately transferable to the classroom raising pupil engagement in learning.
Who are the Trainers?
This session has been designed and will be delivered by Suzanne Haskins (NLE) and Clare Smith (SLE) both experienced National College accredited facilitators.
