Who is this programme for?
For Primary and Secondary Headteachers, Senior and Middle Leaders, KS1 to KS5 teachers, and anyone with a keen interest in improving the whole school and classroom environment.
Delegates will increase their knowledge, skills and understanding of what makes a productive environment in which pupils and staff thrive, take risks and create a whole school culture of positivity.
The following will be explored during the session:
- The ethos of the school
- The physical learning environment
- Vision and values
Who are the Trainers?
This course has been designed and will be delivered by Luke Bulpett – a primary Headteacher who has just taken headship at Brightside; previously he worked in a school in Basildon. Luke has worked with many outside agencies on culture and environment and how this impacts on standards.
How will my School benefit?
Delegates will have a clear understanding of how to create an environment where positivity shines. Delegates will look at and discuss the physical environment of the school and discuss ethos. Delegates will understand how the ethos of the environment underpins the learning within the school, how it affects behaviour and attitude.
How will my students benefit?
Students who work in an environment of positivity and values benefit from making independent healthy choices and their work ethic improves.
