Who is this programme for?
This programme is aimed at Senior Leaders/Business managers/Catering Managers/Facilities Managers/HODs/HOFs/Team & Area leaders in Primary or Secondary schools.  It will be particularly useful for managers/leaders who will benefit from training in various areas of management, or for those wishing to further develop/enhance existing skills.

Outcomes
Delegates will increase their knowledge and understanding of how to deal with difficult situations, policy, process, guidance and frameworks. Through exploring case studies and scenarios, management techniques and strategies, delegates will increase in confidence and feel better equipped to address management challenges faced.

Who is delivering the programme?
This programme has been designed and is delivered by qualified HR professionals with a combined experience of over 30 years in the field and over 20 specialising in education.  They are a HR Director of a local Multi Academy Trust (MAT) who is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with a Masters Degree in HR Management and a HR Officer- Employee Relations from the same MAT also CIPD qualified and prior to working in education has a wealth of experience of HR in the construction and health care industries.
