Challenges of Management (Primary and Secondary)

Who is this programme for?
This programme is aimed at Senior Leaders/Business managers/Catering Managers/Facilities Managers/HODs/HOFs/Team & Area leaders in Primary and Secondary Schools.  It will be particularly useful for managers/leaders who will benefit from training in various areas of management, or for those wishing to further develop/enhance existing skills.

Outcomes
Delegates will increase their knowledge and understanding of how to deal with difficult situations, policy, process, guidance and frameworks. Through exploring case studies and scenarios, management techniques and strategies, delegates will increase in confidence and feel better equipped to address management challenges faced.

Who is delivering the programme?
Tula Smith (Essex Education Services) has a wealth of experience in the HR and employee relations.  She has delivered the EES corporate management disciplinary training programme and supported school leaders on complex case work, including disciplinary grievance, capability, restructuring, amalgamations, academy conversions, delivering bespoke training in these areas.
